Hotel was fantastic little and bright, we loved this place.
We were in Paris for 5 days, had VERY NICE stay, the hotel was clean with favourable and fantastic location everywhere in Paris was easy to access by the Metros. The room was neat and functional with central heating, multi-channel television and coffee/tea making equipment available. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amazingly friendly staff gave good recommendations.

The location was best possible - close to restaurants and bars. Well-maintained, decent size rooms provided with twin beds.

It offered good service and outstanding food too. The hotel had a central location and it was near Place Stalingrad.

The room was cozy and clean, a plus. I was like I had enough space for a Paris hotel. The mattress was decent, but the noise outside could be heard when I opened the window-keeping it closed helped a lot. The shower looked a bit outdated, but the plumbing worked fine. The stay was decent for the price.

It's very noisy in the rooms. The hotel is located on the busy street near the poice station, the walls and windows are very thin, so the cars and siren sounds are heard during all day and night. Room service staff doesn't respect "don't disturb sign" and doesn't speak English. In addition to all that they had the renovation on the floor. As we stepped out of the elevator we found ourselves on the floor with a wet concrete coat on it. Later days workers started their noisy work at around 8 am, so we couldn't sleep. Air conditioning didn't work. Wi-fi was way too slow.

It was close to Gare du Nord and had tea making facilities in the room. Beds were comfy enough and it's opposite the metro. Free Wifi
Even though there is an air-conditioning thermostat in the room, we couldn't actually turn the air-con on because apparently it's all centrally controlled by the hotel and only switched on when it's really warm (I'm not very sure what they consider to be really warm...Paris had had almost a week of 22 degree Celsius weather?). When we called reception we got a very rude response about this and were told to 'deal with it'. In the end had to open the window which didn't allow us to sleep well due to the constant noise and traffic from the street. Normally this would be fine for me, however I was sick with the flu and really needed some air to clear out the stuffiness of the room and a good night's sleep.

I enjoyed the lovely courtyard garden, perfect for relaxation, and the convenient access to a metro station right across the street, making it easy for me to explore Paris without any hassle.
Better soundproofing for rooms would be appreciated.

Pleasant pricing, location close to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations. A subway station is right on the other side of the street, 50 meters away from the hotel.
1. It is located on a very noisy street. 2. The airco was switched off, the room was on the 4th floor ( and was very warm on warm days.

Excellent value for rooms, beds were comfortable, bath was modern, location was excellent, staff was very helpful.
A bit more variety for breakfast would be nice, esp more fresh fruit. Wi-fi was very useful but slow.

The location
The service was bad, two receiption ladies were very rule, they didn't want to answer all questions. They even couldn't help to print boarding pass. Besied, the room is very small.
